I accept paymemts via: paypal, check & credit cards through paypal. Orders placed by check will be held untill funds have cleared, then shipped next business day.

Payments should be submitted within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

New York State residents will have a 8.625% sales tax added to their order.

If an item is received damaged, please notify me within 3 days of receipt of the item. Each case is handled individually and to the best of my ability. B. Catherine Designs is not responsible for the costs to return an item. The item must be returned in their original condition and also insured for the value of the itme.

If the item sells out, is backordered, or discontinued by the manufacturer, we will notify you and we will offer you a full refund, a backorder date, or a substitute item in its place.

Shipping prices can always be combined, please contact me for a quote with your zip code. International shipping is also available.

Delivery Time & Availability: Expected delivery is within 1- 2 weeks unless otherwise notified. Shipping can be combined on multiple items. Please contact me and let me know what items you are interested in & your zip code, & I will be more than happy to give you a quote.
